Make time for yourself and allow the vibrations of the gongs to wash over you during this one hour group relaxation session. We begin with a guided meditation followed by time to pause your thoughts as you enjoy the sounds of the gong frequencies, which can be an easy way to reach a deeply relaxed state.
Mat, blanket and bolster provided.

Gong Baths are not advised for those with osteoporosis, heart problems, a pacemaker, or who suffer from Meniere’s syndrome, have a history of psychotic episodes, experience epileptic seizures or strokes, or who are in the first or third trimester of pregnancy. It is your responsibility to check with your GP before attending if you have health conditions which could be of concern, including any recent operations. If you have health conditions or allergies please make these known before the start of the session.
